If you charge was declined or canceled but you are still seeing a charge on your end, this most likely will be just a pending authorization. The payment will not be going through and the charge will eventually drop of your credit card statement. Depending on your bank, the charge will drop within 1-3 business days. If the authorization remains in your statement for longer than 3 business days, feel free to contact us so that we can look further into this. We will work with you and your bank to reverse the authorization.
