Why Did I Get This Chargeback?

A dispute by one of your clients was initiated directly with their credit card company. At this point, the credit card company took the funds directly from your WePay account. This typically happens when your client does not recognize this payment on their credit card statement, then calls their credit card company and disputes the charges.

To resolve this issue, please reach out to your client and have them contact their credit card company and request the chargeback to be reversed.
