Sold out and custom banners overview and FAQ

Keep reps and buyers informed with Sold Out banners, which automatically display on products with 0 inventory for all sizes. You can also create custom banners to showcase products (examples: Hot Item, New, Popular, etc.).

About sold out banners

When enabled, products with 0 inventory for all sizes automatically display a Sold Out banner on product images in the Product Gallery.

If you manually upload inventory or you use automation to update inventory, Sold Out banners function the same way.
