Order Statuses

Order Statuses:

Draft: Unofficial, in-progress orders. Draft orders can be edited, re-saved, deleted, or submitted as official orders by sales reps. or buyers

Pending/ Review:

When an order is submitted it will either go into Pending or In Review status, depending on who submitted it.

PENDING:  Orders placed by a Brand User. Sales reps can edit as many times as needed and it will stay here in PENDING. When the order is final, look for the action to "approve" the order.

IN REVIEW: Orders that the Buyer placed on their own, for your review. Once a sales rep has reviewed the order, they can "approve" it. Buyers and brand users can edit these orders, and they will stay IN REVIEW until they are approved.

APPROVED: has been verified and ‘approved’ by sales rep. Orders that have been reviewed, accepted, and are ready for processing.

PROCESSED: Orders that have been processed. This usually means it has been entered in the back office system.

Shipped (optional): Orders that have been shipped. Some brands like to use this status level, while others stop at "Processed".

Cancelled: Orders that have been cancelled. These orders are locked and cannot be edited or deleted by anyone. Orders remain in "Cancelled" for your reference.

Edits to Orders (Integrated Brands) :

It is recommended to manage order edits in your ERP after they have been processed. Before the ‘processed’ stage, there is no issue in making edits. Buyers cannot edit once they have submitted only sales reps can.

Orders can be updated in NuORDER as a separate step in processed status. Click on edit pencil, make the adjustments, then submit. Clicking submit will not trigger the order to re-export into your ERP but it will save changes in NuORDER.

Difference between 'Pending' OR 'In Review' Orders:

When an order is submitted it will either go into Pending or In Review status, depending on who submitted it.

PENDING:  Orders placed by a brand user. Sales reps can edit as many times as needed and it will stay here in PENDING. When the order is final, look for the action to "approve" the order.

IN REVIEW: Orders that the buyer placed on their own, for your review. Once a sales rep has reviewed the order, they can "approve" it. Buyers and brand users can edit these orders, and they will stay IN REVIEW until they are approved.
