I'm trying to install the iPad app, but the download seems stuck. What happened?

You may need to upgrade you iOS software.

The NuORDER app requires iOS 7.0 or above.

 

1. Go to Settings > General
2. Click in About.
3.If your Version is lower than 7.0, you'll need to upgrade.
4. Our newer iPad versions, you'll have an option directly in your Settings> General list for Software Update.
5. If you don't see Software Update as an option, you'll need to connect your iPad to your computer and perform the upgrade through iTunes.
6. Once your software update is complete, try installing the NuORDER iPad app again. You should be good to go!
