As a buyer, you can make changes to your order as long as your order is IN REVIEW on the Orders tab, and the brand gives you permission to edit orders IN REVIEW. If you are able to edit an order in review, you will see a pencil icon to the right of the order when you hover over the order in the order section.
Once your order has been approved by a sales rep and moved into APPROVED or PROCESSED, you'll have to contact the brand to make changes.
From the IN REVIEW list, click Edit open your order in the working order. As a buyer, you can change:
- Products (add or remove styles)
- Billing and shipping addresses (if you have multiple locations)
- Customer PO number
