Can I make changes to an order once it has been submitted?

You can make changes as long as your order is IN REVIEW on the Orders tab. Once it has been approved by a sales rep and moved into APPROVED or PROCESSED, you'll have to contact the brand to make changes. 

From the IN REVIEW list, click Edit open your order in the working order. As a buyer, you can change: 

  • Products (add or remove styles)
  • Sizing/quantities 
  • Billing and shipping addresses (if you have multiple locations)
  • Customer PO number
  • Notes
