Online vs. Offline: Best Practices for Connecting the NuORDER iPad App

You can still use and work off of the NuORDER iPad App even if you're Offline. All of your updates will be saved locally on the device and synced as soon as you get to internet connection and go back online.

To know if you're online, look for the icon in green showing that you are CONNECTED.

When you're online, orders and recommendations will sync automatically to your web account as soon as they are created.

 

 
 
When you're OFFLINE:
  • The icon will turn grey to show that you are NOT CONNECTED.
  • When you've been working OFFLINE, you'll have to perform a sync when you have wi-fi again. 
 
 
 
 
If there's No Wi-Fi connection detected, the Icon will turn RED.
