When submitting an order, there are three navigation tabs to progress through:
- ORDER DETAILS: Order number, retailer & buyer, billing & shipping addresses, notes, etc.
- ITEMS & DELIVERIES: Products, quantities, and ship dates.
- TERMS & CONDITIONS
After clicking into the working order, you'll be taken to the first tab of the Working Order, Order Details.
You'll use the ORDER DETAILS tab to fill in customer information and other key fields.
When you're finished, click NEXT on the bottom right-hand corner.
Next, you'll move on to the Items & Deliveries tab to adjust quantities, apply discounts, add order notes, select warehouses, and add / remove styles.
When you're finished, click NEXT to move on to the next tab.
Finally, the last tab is for Terms & Conditions. Here's where you'll copy in your brand's legal terms. There are no character limits and if your legal department likes to get really specific with the fine print, it will break onto the next page.
After you've reviewed this information, just click SUBMIT ORDER to submit your current working order.
