Just try resending it.
1. In your SYNC window, tap once on the words SYNC STATUS.
2. The text will turn green.
3. Tap on the order/linesheet entry you want to resend.
4. A status message will pop up advising you that the item was sent.
5. Select EDIT. (You'll be asked to confirm.)
6. Your order or linesheet will open again, where you can make edits if needed.
7. SUBMIT your order/linesheet again.
