Notes can either be added for the entire order or applied to specific products within the order. To add 'notes' to an entire order, scroll down in Order Details Tab within the Working Order to locate the Notes field.
If you'd like to attach notes to specific products within the order, this can be done in the Items & Deliveries Tab within the Working Order. First click on ADD NOTES.
This will open up a field for line item notes that can be applied to whichever product you wish.
