How to "refresh" your data on the iPad, and why it matters

Whether you are working online or offline, your app is operating on the data it loaded when you logged in. We do this so you're not constantly waiting for the app to update while you're in the middle of an appointment, or if you have slow Wi-Fi.

Tap the menu icon to the left of “All Products” to have the Dropdown appear.

Tap Log Out to log you out of the NuORDER iPad app.

Log back onto the iPad app to pull in the new data that may have changed while you have been using the app.
