Customizations allow you to offer products with adjustable options, such as embroidering text on a backpack, specifying the color of a shirt and its collar, etc.
To activate this feature, contact your Account Manager. As part of the integration process, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire with questions regarding the specifics of your customization. For example, the type of customization, the number of customization locations on a product, pricing, and more.
If you’re using images for the Customization, you will also be asked to provide a spreadsheet with the image details. See the below example.
