How come I can't install the app?

If you're attempting and failing to install the app, you may need to upgrade your iOS software.

The NuORDER Mobile 4.0 app requires iOS 10 or above. 

To check which version you are on, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > General
  2. Click on About
  3. If your Version is lower than 10, you'll need to upgrade 
  4. Go back to General and select Software Update
  5. If you don't see Software Update as an option, you'll need to connect your iPad to your computer and perform the upgrade via iTunes
  6. Once your software update is complete, try installing the app again!
