One-click reports

Use NuORDER's one-click reports to help you plan, find upsell opportunities, target your campaigns, give the white-glove treatment to key customers, and more.

Access reports

In the left navigation menu, select Reporting. Access one-click reports by choosing Customer, Order, Product, or Sales.

Choose a report

After selecting Customer, Order, Product, or Sales, choose a report based on the below descriptions. If you're looking for inspiration, the most commonly used reports are marked with an * asterisk. 

Customer

Choose Customer to view buyer activity, order history, draw seasonal comparisons, see which customers didn't order, and more.

Customer report Description
Buyer activity* See which buyers aren't logging in or placing orders.

Report details and tips
Get detailed information about when each of your buyers has logged in, when they last ordered, and which campaigns have been sent and viewed (by clicking on the email link).

Note: You'll only see buyers that you have permission to see.
Draft orders by company See outstanding drafts, so you can follow-up and close the deal.

Waiting on orders from customers? Use this report to see which companies have draft orders pending their approval. Use Set parameters to filter by season, date range, etc.
Orders by season by company* Plan for future season allocations by comparing each company's unit and amount order totals per season.

Report details and tips
See unit and amount order totals for each company by season. Select multiple seasons in Set parameters for comparisons.
Order history by company This report helps you make YOY comparisons to gauge a buyer's typical spend or budget.

Report details and tips
Choose a date range or filter (such as season) to see all orders for each company. Fields include order date, order #, customer PO, sales rep, ship dates, units and amount. The report shows unit and amount totals for each customer.
Total bookings by company, style, color, and size* When doing production planning, use this report to find out which styles, sizes, and colors were most popular.

Report details and tips
This production report gives you the units booked by style, color, and size at the company-level (includes total units from all active, approved, and processed orders; archived orders are not included). Use Set parameters to choose a date range and other filters.
Total bookings by style & company Find out which styles were best sellers across companies.

Report details and tips
View total units of each style booked by each company. The x-axis shows all of your styles and the y-axis contains all of your customers. By default, the unit totals include all statuses (draft, pending, & approved orders). You can choose to view only some statuses using Set parameters.
Total sales by style & company See which companies ordered your styles, and see how many units, total amount, or number of orders they ordered.

Report details and tips
Use Set parameters to filter by category, season, specific deliveries, and more.
Who didn't buy the top 20 best sellers Identify which companies didn't buy your top 20 best sellers, so you can target a campaign.

Report details and tips
View which companies ordered your top 20 styles and how many units, total amount or number of orders they ordered. Set parameters to filter down by category, season, specific deliveries, etc.
Illustrated buys by company* Give key accounts the white glove treatment with this report, which provides a visual of what they ordered.

Report details and tips
See the total units a retailer ordered with most recent product data, grouped by delivery dates. Each product is displayed with an image and high-level product information. 


Order

Choose Order to view daily order logs, order totals, units, and sales, as well as YOY comparisons.

Order report Description
Daily order log* Track orders placed on a specified day (especially helpful for tradeshows).

Report details and tips
Use Set Parameters to choose a date. Fields include customer, order number, ship dates, total units, total amount, sales rep, and order notes. This report also includes all custom order-level fields set up for your brand.
Order totals: YOY comparison Draw year-over-year comparisons and distinguish trends by tracking growth and loss per month.

Report details and tips
This report shows order totals by month for the last year and the current year-to-date. Use Set Parameters to drill into deeper comparisons. This report includes all review, pending, approved, processed, and shipped orders.
Total units or sales by order type Compare immediate, prebook, and reorders to see which order type made the most money.

Report details and tips
View how many times each style was ordered by the order type. Set additional parameters to drill down by retailer, season, or category.

Note: If Order Tags are set up by your Account Manager, this report can also help you draw tradeshow comparisons.


Product

Choose Product to see best sellers, most drafted styles, cancelled styles, inventory reports, and more.

Product report Description
ATS (available to sell) report* Regularly pull this report (with or without images) to track stock levels, so you know which products to promote (example: push out last of stock).

Report details and tips
See current and future inventory counts for all products that are available to sell. Columns include the style number, style name, season, color, size, wholesale price, and MSRP.

Note: You can also pull an ATS report (with or without images) from linesheets, custom lists, and the products tab.
ATS (available to sell) report with images
Canceled styles See which styles were canceled, so you can reach out to buyers that ordered a canceled style and provide them with alternatives.

Report details and tips
Run this report to see the canceled styles by style number for the selected date range.
Most drafted styles Discover which styles were popular and considered "flexible" because they landed in so many draft orders.

Report details and tips
View how many times each style currently exists in saved draft orders.
Missed styles / items Discover which prebook styles aren't moving and may be missed by buyers.

Report details and tips
View prebook products not found in any submitted order for the selected time period.
Production: Units by style, color, and size* From a production perspective, find out what's popular and selling. Use this information to forecast stock allocations.

Top 20 best sellers* Find out what sells, so you can plan and highlight best sellers for upsell opportunities.

Report details and tips
Run this report for easy access to your top twenty styles by style number and color. Set parameters to drill down and get your top 20 by category, season, etc.
Top 20 categories by department Gain insights into what sells the most in each department (example: Are tops or socks most popular in the kids department?).

View total amount of sales for your top twenty categories by department. Set parameters to drill down into a department's sales.


Sales

Choose Sales to track sales rep performance monthly and by company.

Sales report Description
Sales history by rep, month, and company* Tack each sales rep's performance.

Dive into rep performance with this report designed to show you sales totals by month and company.
Total sales by department Use this granular report to draw sales insights by department.

Report details and tips
The report contains total amounts for each department by rep. The x-axis lists all of your departments and the y-axis contains all reps.
Total sales by sales rep This report shows sales for each rep, so you can answer the questions: Who sold the most? Who performed the best?

If the option is available, select Modify to edit what's displayed in the report. Customize your report by dragging and dropping variables and selecting options.

Editing tips

You can review details for multiple currencies, like Total Value, Units Sold, and Number of Orders. You can also report on multiple currencies with Custom reports.

Run or export a report

Set your parameters before exporting or running your report.

  • Select Export to receive an email with an editable XLS file. From the email, select the link and log into NuORDER to access the report.  
  • Select Run to display a report preview. Run report results are for viewing only.
